The draft order from the Health Ministry of Russia December 6, 2011
Concerning the approval of the list of occupations (professions, positions) of foreign nationals - qualified professionals which are employed by their existing profession (specialty), where quotas are not distributed in 2012.
The Rules of attracting the Foreign Labour Force to the Russian Federation and the procedure for foreign labor quota allocation have been developed in accordance with the paragraph 29 and were approved by the Russian Government Regulation No.783 of December 22, 2006 “Regulations for public executive authorities to determine the need for foreign labor intake and foreign labor quotas for the Russian Federation” (Collected Legislation of the Russian Federation, 2007, № 1, art. 247; № 46, art. 5598; 2008, № 41, art. 4676; № 50, Art. 5945).
The order of Health and Social Development Minister requires:
In concurrence with the Economic Development Ministry, to confirm a list of occupations (professions, positions) of foreign nationals - qualified professionals which are employed by their existing profession (specialty), where quotas are not distributed in 2011 according to the Appendix.
