“Ruukki” seminar

On the 24th of May 2010 a seminar took place in “Ruukki” company

On the 24th of May 2010 in the company “Ruukki”, which is one of the largest investors of Kaluga region, a seminar was held by the specialists of A3 Group Law Firm. The following questions were considered at the seminar: “Specifics of taxation for foreign employees in RF”, “Legalisation of foreign citizens”, “Migration control: common mistakes of the employer, their consequences and examples in practice” Attention was mostly given:

• to migration registration and legality of stay of foreign citizens in Russia;

• to tax status of a foreign individual person;

• to accrued tax connected with lease of housing for foreign employees.

All the participants have remarked the applicability and necessity of the seminar and expressed an interest in further organization of similar meetings.
