The Lawyers of A3 Group Law Firm Valeria Kalashnikova and Julia Polyanskaya took part in 5th Annual Conference «In-House Counsel: Law enforcement practice in times of turmoil».
The traditional spring forum organized by the British company C5, was held from 30th to 31 of March 2009 in Moscow.
In coming event there were attend the best lawyers of Russia and the CIS countries, government officials, parliamentarians and academia.
In the conference the Head of legal department A3 Group Law Firm Valeria Kalashnikova carried out Round table meeting and gave a talk about «Peculiarities of legal regulation of the detached subdivisions of the foreign companies in Russia». Valery reported about the main questions connecting with presence of foreign investors in the Russian market, also gave the comparative analysis – pluses and minuses of creation of foreign missions, branches and divisions in territory of the Russian Federation.
In summary, we want to thank organizers of a forum, and also all participants for the interest shown to a round table and subjects of the report.
